Tracy Lindsey
Tracy is a Mediator and Relationship Coach
She is passionate about helping people to be free from unhealthy and unproductive relationships, whether personally or in business, and brings positive conflict resolution skills to navigate through these relationships bringing resolution, forgiveness, freedom and peace.
Tracy has spent more than 20 years working in multiple aspects of High Conflict Dispute Resolutions, Family Conflict Mediations, Personal Property Divisions and Healthy Relationship Coaching. As a Court-appointed non-attorney Neutral for over a decade, she has served as a Referee, Mediator and Arbitrator on numerous cases of civil harassment, family conflicts, personal property, small claims, and fee arbitration cases for CA Superior Courts.
Tracy has been appointed by the Court as a CA 730 Expert and Special Master in providing solutions for Personal Property, including equitable divisions, appraisals, and creative solutions for many high-conflict divorce cases.
Tracy has served as Board member of Contra Costa County’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), as a Lay Arbitrator with Sonoma County Bar Association’s Arbitration Program, Alameda County's Superior Court Mediation Program, ODR Professionals, San Francisco’s Office of Citizen Complaints, Center for Human Development, and has been a guest lecturer on Life Transitions for CA State and Federal prisons.

James Lindsey
James is passionate about young adult education through Imagineering and Radical Innovation. A former college professor, he is a strong believer in alternative education, trade schools, internships, and exploration of problem solving that produces critical thinking, creative problem solving and effective education.
James guides parents of high school and college age adults to be free from the traditional limiting forms of education and expands learning opportunities in this time of stifling mediocrity, outrageous expense and ineffective life direction by educational institutions.
