Tracy Lindsey offers counseling and relationship coaching to support connection, communication, and healthy acceptance of self and others, and the ability to experience the abundant life God has created for all of us to enjoy. Tracy believes in increasing emotional intelligence, authenticity, self-expression, healthy boundaries, and value-aligned, artful living so that you are empowered to experience joy and freedom in your personal life and with others.

Tracy offers coaching from an “inclusion” perspective, that our Triune God lives in all of us and that there is no separation from God, and we can enjoy this relationship without guilt, fear or condemnation while learning how to relate to ourselves and others in authenticity, emotional intelligence, self-expression, and artful living so that you are empowered and experiencing joy and freedom in all of your relationships.

Tracy has been a guest lecturer on Effective Life Transitions for  Alameda County Bar Association, and CA State and Federal prisons. Her clients include those who have transitioned from divorce, death of spouse, and those seeking new relationships after loss.
